- Refund Eligibility:
Ticket fees are non-refundable unless a cancellation request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at komaniferry789@gmail.com or through our contact form on the website. Make sure to include your booking reference number and full name.
- Late Cancellations:
Requests made less than 48 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Changes & Modifications:
If you wish to change your travel date or time, please contact us as early as possible. While changes are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
- No-Shows:
Passengers who do not show up for their scheduled departure will not be entitled to a refund.
